How do I edit my account information?

How much is my shipping?
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
I forgot my password.
Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.
How do I return my product?
You may return new, unopened items sold by Creative Compounds within 30 days of delivery for a refund on the merchandise price less a 20% restocking fee. Items should be returned in their original packaging and new condition. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
If you wish to cancel your order please send us an email sales@customerservice.com with your request including your Amazon order number, our Packing Slip number, and a brief explanation for the return.
If your order is shipped and in transit the order can not be canceled. You must wait until it is delivered and email us for an RMA# . Once your RMA# is received you must return the shipment to us via UPS within 7 days at your expense. All returns are subject to a 20% Restocking fee. Orders being returned must be returned using UPS and have a valid RMA# or the package will be refused.
You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days) and the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to3 business days). Your refund will be processed and credited back to your account. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
I received the wrong product.
If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.

You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
